RESPONSIBILITIES

You who are applying should be interested in creating a pedagogical environment that challenges and stimulates students' development and learning. The pedagogical activities are based on each student's prerequisites and are built on teaching that is designed in accordance with the curriculum's goals.

As a pedagogue, you enhance the students' school day by inspiring, organizing, and conducting structured teaching while supporting students' social development. You support the students and the school to become a safe, stimulating, and educational environment during the school day.

You are part of a working team, and together with local student health and school management, you develop a stimulating, pleasant, and developing operation with safety and study peace.

We work with collegial learning that takes place both individually and in the working team. There is exciting development work underway with the goal of creating a continuing education culture where educators support each other in the development of a good school.

We expect you to have a strong commitment to driving and developing digital and innovative methods. Cooperative learning and structures that support students' collaboration are used in teaching.

In a systematic way, you reflect on the practical work, both individually and together with others, and keep yourself updated on new research, events in the world, and see development opportunities in the operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Teaching certification with authorization to teach grades 7-9 in Mathematics and Science subjects, as well as experience in scheduling in School 24, as this is part of one of the positions.

Experience is desirable.

OTHER

There is an opportunity to combine the job with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment will be made based on the needs of the operation.
